Why buyers still want a human at the end of the line

Everyone is trying to replace SDRs and AE’s with AI.

I get that. The numbers make complete sense.

Buyers still want a human

But the reality is completely different according to Edward Kyei , the Global Engagement Manager at VC firm N47 he told me plainly that buyers still want a human at the end of the line and looks for Investments with humans not just AI.

Not sometimes. Consistently. Across the portfolio.

They want someone they can actually speak to about their problems, a person able to listen and actually understand, and AI isn’t about to do that anytime soon.

Where you’re going to need a human

Sure AI can handle cold outbound emails, support social media and absolutely it should be being used to make your existing team more efficient.

But the moment you move into mid-market, and especially enterprise, you’re going to need a human closing the gap.

AI can clear the path to that moment, but it can’t replace it.
